How to Redeem Gift Certificates
There are several ways Gift Certificates can be redeemed:
- The person you are gifting the certificate to can order from us online. During check-out, they will be given the opportunity of entering the 'Gift Certificate Code' into a box, which will reduce the total they needs to pay.
- The person you are gifting the certificate to could place an order by email, letter or over the phone and we will manually deduct the value of the Gift Certificate from the total they need to pay. They will need to provide us with details of the 'Gift Certificate Code'.
- You can place an order on behalf of someone else from the account you have already, or are about to set up with us. In this instance, the value of the voucher will be deducted automatically during check-out.
