Excellent service: Shipping was incredibly fast. Emailed Questions were answered immediately. The paper itself arrived in perfect condition due to good packaging. My only comment is about the paper itself: I was hoping it would be exactly like the Fabriano Ingres paper I bought ten years ago, but this is slightly different: there is no identifying watermark, and the paper is almost imperceptibly thinner than my original stock, which means ink shows through to the other side (whereas my first batch has zero show-through). This means the sketchbooks I make can now only be used on one side of the page. I wonder if the Fabriano company has changed its product slightly over the years? In any case, thank you for your excellent service.
