This traditional Steel Paring Knife is 25cm (10") long and is available in either left or right handed versions. (In the images above, the knife on top is right-handed.) Manufactured from AISI 1085 Carbon Steel.
These knives have no handle, so some users wrap leather around the metal for comfort. The knives may need honing before use. Useful YouTube video on sharpening an English Paring Knife.
