It was very time consuming and time wasting. Even with your instructions, it was not exactly as described. We finally figured it out, but instead of our payment being handled by you it went through a third party. From past experience,this is annoying, at the best, as once someone else has your details, we a hit with all sorts of unwanted emails. Ali Baba is a typical example. From my point of view it is far easier to place orders by email and pay by bank transfer. god knows how we would order leather and pay on line, considering sizes vary. payment would be a nightmare. Apart from this your service is phenomenal.
